TARMAC 24 – P.I.C.K.L.E Day

Workshops & Program – Practice, Innovation, Collaboration, and Knowledge Learning Experience

We are excited to announce the first P.I.C.K.L.E day as part of the TARMAC program on Monday 22nd July. The day will be run in conjunction with the TTM ISG (Industry Steering Group) and is designed to provide detailed insight into operating TTM in the current roading environment. The program will combine interactive workshops and presentations that directly speak to operating in TTM, with outcomes that can be shared with our entire industry here and abroad.

P.I.C.K.L.E day is being sponsored by the TTM ISG and supported by TARMAC to operate at no cost to attendees. There will be morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch provided.

Attendees must register for this day SEPARATELY from TARMAC 24 conference attendance, so remember to select on your registration form if wanting to attend in addition to the full TARMAC program. P.I.C.K.L.E day is open to anyone operating in the physical TTM space and can be an opportunity for companies to share the gathering of knowledge from TARMAC 24 across a wider number of their team.

Numbers are strictly limited to venue capacity and registration will be closed when full or by 14th June 2024 to allow for catering numbers to be finalised.

Tuesday & Wednesday (23rd – 24th July)

TARMAC ’24 attendees will enjoy two full days of program presentations and speakers from a diverse group of presenters. The conference will be opened at 8.30 a.m. with an address to attendees by the Minister of Transport or a senior representative from the Transport Minister’s office.

The program will run until 5 pm on Tuesday 22nd July with a break before the opening of the Conference dinner to be held at the venue. Attendees will need to register attendance at the conference dinner separately, so be sure to select the option when registering if you wish to attend!

Wednesday 24th program will run from 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m.

All TARMAC 24 attendees will enjoy access to the trade and supply Exposition area for both days.

Catering will be provided for registered attendees with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.

A full programme agenda, sessions, sub-events, and links to presenter bios will be available to registered attendees via the Whova app when it goes live towards the end of April. This will also provide networking and connection features previous attendees have enjoyed before and following TARMAC ’24.
